 you can use this with autel vidio inspection scope. ie bore scope. its the last icon on the main page. By the way I bought mine on ebay from china for $48 free shipping works good

 Ok, I see. You use the software to use the borescope on your windows based pc/laptop. I only use my autel borescope with my MaxiSYS, but I was thinking of using it with my laptop or android tablet. Good info to know. Thanks.

  Still need to decide which version to buy. MV108 or MV105.

Want to use it with the maxisys but that version is also able to connect to labtop? For some purposes that might be handy although most of the time I think I would use it with the maxisys since you have it at hand already (more flexible than the labtop).

Still in doubt or this is better working then a stand alone version like the MV400, since you have more freedom in your working area. Screen is better on the ones for maxisys though you can transfer from the mv400 as well. 

Main thing for me would be the distance needed for good viewing results? MV105 has lower resolution but can work from within 1cm., where the MV108 has higher resolution but needs about 2.5cm distance? In a cilinder head, viewing valves, closer would be better. Why would the 108 not focus in such close range?
What are your experiences on this?

 Well I looked into both and the 108 has a larger picture size so I went with the mv108. We had an autel stand alone version untill somebody (not me) broke the camera tip. The usable viewing range is better with the 108 and the light is brighter. Looking at the quality of the pictures and camera light I feel it is a better product. Only drawback is is will not fill the entire tablet screen and locks up the camera if you try to take video. You have to back out of the app and reload to get the camera back but the resolution is better than the standalone version My 9 year old daughter had a blast playing with it under the couch. Paid $48 free shipping online. Hope this helps U need to download the above software to use it on a pc. It will allow full screen viewing. Works well for a demo version

 The link doesn't work for me, Can Autel provide us a program so we can instal the digital inspection camera on our laptop so we can use it when someone else is using the Maxisys.
